The extraordinary demand for modular construction as a reliable solution to critical building and infrastructure needs—in Canada and around the world—has inspired Fero to assemble a highly experienced modular building team. We’ve recently expanded into a 300,000-square-foot, purpose-built manufacturing facility in Ontario. In this state-of-the-art facility, we design and manufacture volumetric modular buildings for diverse markets, including the following sectors:

Shortages in healthcare spaces, classroom spaces, wet lab spaces and housing are all infrastructure challenges—challenges that our volumetric modular buildings can solve quickly.
At Fero, we design and build infrastructure based on our team’s collective decades of experience in modular construction, healthcare, manufacturing and government contracting. We have first-hand understanding of the challenges faced by each sector, and we have the engineering expertise needed to overcome them.
